Day 2: School, Nutrition, and Wood Shop

     Good evening, all! Day 2 was very busy, but a wonderful day.  We started off with breakfast and amazing coffee!

It was delicious! I wasn't supposed to eat it, for concerns over digestive reactions, but I couldn't help myself. It just smelled so good!

Evening debriefing with the Tingles. Jon and Gwen were awarded the coveted Bueno bars for their awesome performances today. Jon for his safety efforts in the wood shop and Gwen for her Spanish puppeteering in school for the kids!

Tomorrow is going to be a big day!  We are switching up some of the team members to keep pushing each other outside of our comfort zones.  We will be doing a nutrition program at a new site for the first time.  The school team will be doing a crafting project with the children making wooden crosses. The wood shop team will be building a table and installing shelving for the shop.  There will be an evening "Boom" service at the Enrichment Center.  We are all feeling very excited, grateful, and blessed to have these opportunities.  Buenos noches amigos!
